Healthy Peanut Butter & Chocolate Magnums

Ingredienser

2 bananas

150g Greek yogurt

1-2 tbsp peanut butter

50ml milk

150g dark chocolate

1 tsp coconut oil (Optional)

Fremgangsmåte

In a blender, mix your banana, peanut butter, yoghurt and milk (this should make a nice smooth liquid)

Pour the mixture into your lolly moulds (I just got these on Amazon link in my storefront) pop them into the freezer for 3-4 hours

After 3-4 hours, melt your dark chocolate with a teaspoon of coconut oil and pour into a mug/cup of choice. Grab your lolly mould from the freezer and dip the lollies into the chocolate until they are fully covered

Set the lollies on a tray with greaseproof paper so they don’t stick and freeze for another 30 mins.

Hopefully you can wait the 30 minutes! They are too good.
