If you were drooling over one of my last videoes, and canât make it to Paris just yet, letâs bring Paris to you! This chocolate mousse is the perfect âguestâ dessert or if you are having a datenight and want to impress someone special âš And the best part? Itâs a no-bake dessert and comes together within 10 minutes!
Recipe:
5 eggs (divide the egg yolks and egg whites) or used pasturized!
70-100 g sugar (depending on how sweet you want it)
250 g high quality chocolate (50-70%)
125 g butter

Melt butter completely in a saucepan and add the chocolate. Let it melt on low heat so it doesnât burn!
Meanwhile, seperate the eggs, and add them to two seperate bowls with 50 grams of sugar in each bowl. With an electric mixer, start by whisking the egg whites stiff with the sugar in one of the bowls, and whisk up the egg yolks in the other bowl. (Around 3-4 minutes each)
Fold the whipped egg yolks into the whites (bearly mixed together) and add the melted chocolate and butter mixture into the mixture.
When the mixture is completely homogenius, keep it in the bowl or add it to a prefered serving dish.
Let it sit in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours.
