Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredienser

• 6 chicken thighs

• Salt and pepper

• Cornstarch

• 3-4 tablespoons of garlic

• 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce

• 1-2 tablespoons of honey

• 1 tablespoon of butter

Fremgangsmåte

Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Coat the chicken with a thin layer of cornstarch. Pan fry the chicken for four minutes on either side. Remove and set aside. Clean out the pan and then add garlic, soy sauce, honey, and butter. Simmer for 30 seconds and add back in the chicken. Cook on high heat for another two minutes. Serve with rice.
