my mom passed away at a really young age, so teaching myself to cook was something that made me really proud because even though there were many women who could’ve helped me, nobody seemed to really care enough to teach me anything and as i’m learning is the case with many of you as well. i really hope this series helps all of us who are still learning! 💗

for sauce:

1/4 onion

3 garlic cloves

1 cup mexican sour cream

1 cup chicken broth

handful of cilantro

chicken knorr or salt

pepper

blend well
