Hummus Bowls

1/4 lb. ground beef

1/4 tsp dried oregano

1/4 tsp cumin

1/8 tsp garlic powder

1/8 tsp salt

2 cups cooked rice

1/2 cup hummus

1/2 pint grape tomatoes

1/4 English cucumber

1/8 red onion

1/2 cup Kalamata olives

1 oz. crumbled feta

Fremgangsmåte

  1. Cook your rice.

  2. Add the ground beef to a skillet, along with the oregano, cumin, garlic powder, and salt. Cook and stir the beef over medium heat until fully browned and evenly combined with the spices.

  3. To build the bowls, add 1 cup rice and 1/4 cup hummus to each bowl. Divide the remaining ingredients among the four bowls, or in any amount that you desire. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
