Eggs Benedict in a Pan

Ingredienser

1 package Tenderflake puff pastry

8-12 eggs

6-8 slices of ham

4-6 oz grated cheddar cheese

1 package hollandaise sauce

Fremgangsmåte

Roll out 1/2 of puff pastry large enough to roll over edge of 9x12 pan. Slightly press into pan. Lay ham slices on puff pastry.

Whisk eggs and pour over ham. Sprinkle with shredded cheese on top.

Roll out another 1/2 of pastry to fit 9x12 pan. Pinch folded edge over and poke for steam release. Brush left over egg on top.

Bake 350 1/2 to 3/4 hour. Follow package directions for hollandaise sauce.

Cut into square and pour sauce over.
