Hot Pickle Dip

Ingredienser

Dip:

8oz softened cream cheese

1 cup dill pickles, chopped

1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup pickle juice

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Topping:

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 Tbsp melted butter

2 Tbsp panko bread crumbs

dash of dill weed

Fremgangsmåte

1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

2. In a bowl, mix together all of the dip ingredients.

3. Spread the dip mixture into a greased baking dish.

4. In a bowl, use a fork to mix together the topping ingredients until crumbly.

5. Sprinkle the topping over top of the dip and then bake for 20-25 minutes.
