Zaatar Chicken Tacos

2 Lbs Chicken Tenderloins
Drizzle of Olive Oil
Za’atar
Salt
Pepper
1 can of Chickpeas
Plain Greek Yogurt
Lemon Juice
Minced Garlic
Paprika
Chili Powder
Flour Tortillas OR Pita Bread
Shredded Cabbage

Pat dry chicken tenderloins then coat in olive oil.
Season with Za’atar, Salt, and Pepper to taste.
On Medium-High heat, cook chicken until nice and brown on both sides.
Open can of Chickpeas and rinse. In same pan, pour chickpeas and season with Paprika, Chili Powder, Salt, and Pepper to taste.
Cook Chickpeas till crispy on Medium-High heat.
While that cooks, dice chicken up and set aside for assembly.
Get small bowl for your greek yogurt and mix in the lemon juice, minced garlic, and paprika to taste.
ASSEMBLY
Get Tortillas or Pita and spread greek yogurt mix on tortilla. Then place chicken and chickpeas on. And finally top with fresh cabbage.
