Apple and Raisin Bread Made with Greek Yoghurt. Recipe Serve

Ingredienser

3 heaped tbsp self raising flour (or plain all purpose + 1/2 tsp baking powder)

2 tbsp Greek yoghurt (I use fat free or soya)

2 tbsp diced apple

Handful raisins/ sultanas

1️⃣ Peel and thinly dice a small apple.

Fremgangsmåte

Mix everything into a bowl to form a dough then flatten it a bit and put it into an ovenproof dish or on baking paper (if the mixture is too wet add a bit more flour)

Air fry on 180C for 10 mins (air fry mode) OR oven bake on 180C for 15 mins

Gluten free ➡️ use gf flour and 1/3 tsp xanthan gum
