Ingredienser

1 box of elbow macaroni

Roux (2 tablespoons of flour + 2 tablespoons of butter 🧈)

1 can of evaporated milk 🥛

1/2 cup of whole milk or heavy cream

2 sticks of butter 🧈

1 pound + 1/2 of sharp cheddar cheese 🧀

1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese

1/2 stick of cream cheese

Spices:

1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon of chicken bouillon

1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon of paprika

Salt & pepper

Dry 🌿 parsley for garnish once done ✔️

Fremgangsmåte

Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water. Next make the roux with butter and flour. Cook for about 2 minutes and next add in the remaining ingredients. Once creamy and cheesy add in the macaroni noodles and mix until incorporated well. Lastly assemble the macaroni to an oven baked dish separating half and layering it with sharp cheddar cheese 🧀 bake at 350 until the crust turns golden. Garnish with parsley 🌿 & enjoy! 😉
