Apple Pear Quince Chutney

Ingredienser

2 cups sugar

2 cups apple cider vinegar

2 Tbsp. balsamic

2 cinnamon sticks

3 allspice berries

5 peppercorns

5 cloves

1 Tbsp. grated ginger

1 tsp. garlic

1 Tbsp. black mustard seeds

pinch chile flakes

3 quince

4 apples

2 pears

¼ cup currants

1. Combine sugar, vinegar, and spices. Simmer to disolve.

2. Begin with quince: simmer until tender and translucent. Remove quince.

3. Repeat with apple. Remove.

4. Repeat with pear. Remove.

5. Repeat with currants.

6. Combine all.
