Oat Bread With Apricots And Seeds

Ingredienser

1 egg

300g oats @themerrymillporridge

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

1/2 tsp salt

60g dried fruit

60g seeds

1 tub natural yogurt

Oven 180 fan for 25mins

Lower to 140 fan, cover with tinfoil cook for another 30 mins

Let it cool in the oven for 10-15mins then take out - I leave the oven door open

You will be tempted to dive straight in 😂 you certainly can it will be melt in your mouth - or leave for an hour before slicing. It will keep for 3 days in the fridge or slice and put in the freezer
