Mediterranean Lemon Chicken Pita Wraps

Ingredienser

• 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips

• 2 tbsp olive oil

• 2 tbsp lemon juice

• 1 tsp lemon zest

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tsp dried oregano

• ½ tsp paprika

• Salt and pepper to taste

• 4 pita breads or flatbreads

• 1 cup cucumber, diced

• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

• ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

• ½ cup crumbled feta

• Fresh parsley or dill

• ½ cup Greek yogurt

• 1 tbsp lemon juice

• 1 tsp garlic, minced

• 1 tsp olive oil

• Salt and pepper to taste

Fremgangsmåte

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss in chicken and marinate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
