Gnocchi
2.5 Russet potatoes
2.5 cups of flour
1 egg
1 Tbl oil
Sauce
1 lb ground beef
1 lb pork sausage
3 large cans tomato sauce
1 can water
1 white onion-diced
6 cloves garlic
1-2 Tbl Italian seasoning
1 Tsp oregano
Salt to taste
Fremgangsmåte
1. Peel potatoes
2. 1 inch cubes.
3. Put in cold water and boil
4. Rice potatoes and need
5. Mix 1 egg and oil
6. Make mound of flour on the counter
7. Put egg/oil in the center of the mound
8. Rice potatoes over the mound
9. Knead until all things come together
10. Roll in to snakes the diameter of a big crayola marker
11. Cut in to 1” pieces
12. Roll on the top of a fork
13. Freeze
14. Drop in boiling water -when floats to the top its’ ready
Sauce
1. Brown meat
2. Dump in large sauce pan
3. Add tomato sauce
4. Add one can water from tomato can
5. Add onion
6. Add garlic
7. Add Italian seasoning/oregano
8. Simmer on stove
