Easy One Bowl Lemon Blondies

Blondie:
* 8 tbsp unsalted butter, melted, slightly cooled
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 1/4 cup powder sugar
* 2 eggs, room temp
* 2 medium lemons, zested
* 1 lemon, squeezed
* 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/2 tsp almond extract
* 1 cup flour
Icing:
* 1 cup powder sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 lemon, squeezed
* 1 lemon, zested
Fremgangsmåte
* Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a lined 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
* Pour melted butter and sugars in a medium bowl and whisk together.
* Add eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice and extracts to bowl and whisk together.
* Slowly add flour and fold into wet ingredients till fully incorporated.
* Bake for 15-18 minutes. The edges will be slightly more cooked than the center. Do not over bake.
* Remove from oven and let cool for 30 minutes.
* Make glaze by combining powder sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract and lemon zest. Pour over cool blondies, let it set and enjoy.
