Ingredients:
2 cucumbers (thinly sliced)
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes)
1 tsp sugar
1 tosp rice vinegar
1 tbsp fish sauce or soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced
Green onions (optional)
Instructions:
Salt cucumber slices and let sit 10-15 min;
drain excess liquid.
Mix with gochugaru, sugar, vinegar, fish sauce, and garlic.
Chill before serving
