Kaki’s sweeet potato casserole

Ingredienser

4 cups mashed sweet potato

1/2 cup butter

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup milk

cinnamon to taste

pinch of clove

salt to taste (optional)

Topping:

1/3 cup of butter

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup flour

1 cup chopped pecans

Fremgangsmåte

1. Bake sweet potatoes until they’re ready to mash

2. Prepare topping by combining butter, sugar, flour, and pecans

3. Once sweet potato’s are done baking, preheat the oven to 350F / 175C / 155C Fan

4. Mash the the potatoes. Combine with butter, eggs, vanilla, milk, cinnamon (optional), cloves (optional), and salt (optional)

5. Add into a pre-greased baking dish. Sprinkle on the topping.

6. Bake for 45min - 1hr or until the topping is toasty.
