Dice finely one small to medium green bell pepper, half an onion, 1-2 ribs celery, about 6-8 garlic cloves. Sauté in olive oil until soft with salt and pepper and a bay leaf. Add two cans cannellini beans. Add about 1-2 tsp pork Penzey’s bouillon and 2 cups water. Let boil/simmer and get nice and soupy and thick and mushy. Add cayenne, pepper, and salt to taste. Topped with green onion and parsley.
