Cucumber Avocado Raita

1 cup full fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup tandoori chicken marinade
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup cilantro
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 avocado
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup cucumber, grated on large holes of a box grater
1 serrano pepper, finely diced
kosher salt, to taste
Fremgangsmåte
Combine ingredients through garlic in a food processor or blender, and blend until somewhat smooth. It's ok to leave a little texture here.
Combine yogurt base with cucumber and serrano in a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
