Biscoff Crack Candy

Ingredienser

1 x 250g packet of Lotus Biscoff biscuits

250g butter

250g brown sugar

Chocolate to top (quantity & type is your choice)

3 tbsp melted Biscoff spread

3-4 Chopped Biscoff Biscuits for topping

Fremgangsmåte

Line a baking sheet with non stick baking paper.

Cover lined tray with a single layer of Biscoff biscuits.

In a medium sized saucepan place butter & sugar. Cook on medium heat until completely melted & the mixture begins to bubble.

Carefully pour the butter & sugar mixture over your biscuit base & place in a preheated over for approximately 5 minutes or until the mixture begins bubbling again.

Remove from the oven & carefully place chocolate onto the caramel mixture. Wait 5 minutes & then gently spread into an even layer.

Drizzle in melted Biscoff spread & crumbled biscuits.

Allow to cool completely in the fridge (approx 2 hours) before slicing & serving.
