Sardines & Egg Avocado Toast

1 tin of sardines - this time I used @fish4ever_recipes in extra virgin olive oil and lemon
1 soft boiled egg
1 spring onion- finely chopped
A small handful of chopped dill
1/2 tbsp capers - chopped
1/2 tbsp Greek yogurt or plain yogurt of your choice
A squeeze of lemon juice
Salt & pepper to taste
A generous drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
Serve with:
1/2 avocado - sliced
Sauerkraut
Slice of sourdough
Just mash the sardines with a fork and mix with all the other ingredients. Serve on toast with avocado & sauerkraut!
