Ingredients - Makes 6

2-3 ripe bananas, mashed

2 eggs

180ml (¾ cup) milk

120g (½ cup) Greek yoghurt

160g (2 cups) rolled oats

2 scoops @ghostlifestyle protein (use code “TORIN” to save 20%)

100g grated carrot

60g chopped pecans or walnuts

Zero calorie sweetener to taste

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp ginger

¼ tsp nutmeg

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

Topping

225g (1 cup) cottage cheese

30g (2 tbsp) Greek yoghurt

Zero calorie sweetener to taste

Splash of vanilla

Cinnamon

Fremgangsmåte

Mix all the baked oat ingredients in an 8x8 baking dish.

Bake at 175°C / 350°F for 30-35 minutes.

Blend the topping ingredients until completely smooth.
