韓国海苔とツナキムチの混ぜおにぎり』

材料(2人分)

温かいご飯 … 250g

キムチ(こくうま使用)… 50g

白いりごま … 小さじ2

ツナ缶 … 1缶(70g)

韓国海苔 … 1袋(8枚入り)

ごま油 … 小さじ1

作り方

① 下準備

ツナ缶の汁気をしっかり切る

韓国海苔をちぎる

② 混ぜる

器にすべての材料を入れ、ご飯の粗熱が取れるまでやさしく混ぜる。

③ 握る

6個分に丸め、ふんわり握れば完成🍙💛

Warm Rice … 250g

Kimchi (Koku-Uma Style) … 50g

White Toasted Sesame Seeds … 2 tsp

Canned Tuna … 1 can (70g)

Korean Seaweed … 1 pack (8 sheets)

Sesame Oil … 1 tsp

Fremgangsmåte

① Prepare

Drain the tuna thoroughly.

Tear the Korean seaweed into small pieces.

② Mix

Add all the ingredients to a bowl and gently mix

until the rice cools slightly.

③ Shape

Divide into 6 portions and gently shape into rice balls.
