Chicken Loaded Potatoes

Ingredienser

  • 3 large russet potatoes or 5-6 golden potatoes

  • Salt

  • Garlic salt

  • Pepper

  • Cayenne

  • Paprika

  • Olive oil

  • Package of bacon

  • Shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2-3 chicken breasts

  • Ranch salad dressing

Fremgangsmåte

  1. Cube up the potatoes and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic salt, a little cayenne, and paprika. Cook in the air fryer at 400 for 20 minutes, shaking occasionally.

  2. Fry up a package of bacon and set aside. Cut into I" pieces.

  3. preheat oven to 400.

  4. Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and season with the same spices as the potatoes. Cook the chicken in the bacon grease.

  5. Mix the cooked chicken and potatoes in a large bowl along with a healthy amount of ranch salad dressing.

  6. Add the chicken and potato mixture to a greased baking dish and cover with cheese. Add bacon evenly on top of the cheese and then add more cheese.

  7. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
