One Pan Swedish Meatballs and Noodles

1 lb beef meatballs (store bought frozen or homemade)
3 cups low sodium beef broth
¾ cup half and half or heavy cream
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
3 cups extra broad egg noodles (about 140 grams)
1-2 tablespoons corn starch (optional)
Fremgangsmåte
In a large deep skillet, combine meatballs, broth, cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, parsley, salt, thyme and pepper.
Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
Add the egg noodles and stir to combine. Cover, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer just until al dente (about 10 minutes), stirring occasionally.
To thicken sauce (if desired), stir together equal parts corn starch and water and stir into the skillet while cooking, stirring vigorously.
Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. Serve.
