For the dressing: • ½ tea glass (≥60 ml) olive oil • Juice of 1 small lemon • 1 tsp sumac • 1 tsp salt • ½ tsp sugar or 1 tsp honey • 1 crushed garlic clove (optional, but highly recommended)

Instructions: • Finely chop all vegetables and place them in a large bowl. 2) In a separate bowl, mix together all dressing ingredients. 3) Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. 4) Let it sit for 15-20 minutes so the flavors blend beautifully.
