How to Make Them:

1️⃣ Grease a muffin tin and add a layer of shredded cheddar.

2️⃣ Top with cooked hamburger meat, chopped pickles, and onions.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.

Let them cool until firm, then pop them out & enjoy!

Mac Sauce:

3/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp mustard

2 tbsp chopped dill pickles

1 tbsp white vinegar

1 tbsp chopped onions

2 tsp sweetener

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Pro Tip: Baking these in a silicone mold makes them pop out effortlessly! Also, swapping mayo for Greek yogurt in the Mac sauce works surprisingly well.
