Brother Juniper’s Brownies

Ingredienser

150 GM all purpose unbleached flour. (1 ¼ C)

400 GM white sugar. (2 C)

4 GM baking powder. (1 tsp)

6 gm salt. (1 tsp table salt)

4 eggs beaten until frothy

254 gm butter. (1 C + 2 Tbsp)

4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate

5 gm vanilla. (1 tsp)

Fremgangsmåte

Combing all the the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the egg and stir slightly. Melt the butter in a saucepan large enough to hold the chocolate as well. When the butter is melted, burn off the heat and immediately add the chocolate. Remove the pan from the heat and stir until the chocolate and butter are completely liquid. Add the vanilla and then add this mixture to the other ingredients.

Pour the batter into a 9x11 inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350degree oven for approximately 30-35 minutes. I suggest checking it at 30 minutes.

(My other favorite brownie recipe bakes until internal temp of 200F.)
