Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a blender, combine the eggs, cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the egg mixture onto the parchment paper, spreading it evenly into a thin layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Carefully lift the parchment paper to remove the noodle sheet from the baking sheet.
Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the noodle sheet into strips to create your noodles.
