1 bag frozen cauliflower rice
1 cup cottage cheese (blended)
1/4 cup lite mozzarella (mine is from Trader Joe’s)
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (optional)
Fremgangsmåte
Step 1: Cook up cauliflower rice and season well, I used black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika
Step 2: Blend cottage cheese and combine all your ingredients in a bowl.
Step 3: Place into baking sheet (mine is from Amazon… it’s in my store but I’ll include it in my link in bio)
Step 4: Bake for 35 mins at 400˚F degrees
