Caramel Sauce

Ingredienser

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup boiling water

2 tablespoons cream

Fremgangsmåte

Caramelized sugar by melting it in a heavy skillet. Add water slowly, stirring constantly. Cook until sugar is all dissolved. Remove from heat and add cream, stirring until smooth.
