Ingredienser

Resting water in copper overnight is ancient practice - in Ayurveda, that water is considered purified, energized, & brought to life by the copper itself. Charged water. Living water.

The benefits:

In Ayurveda, copper water is believed to balance all three doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), kindle your digestive fire, support natural detoxification, and wake the body up from the inside out.

Researched benefits:

Antimicrobial: Naturally purifying your water.

Digestion: Stimulate the gut, reduce stomach inflammation, and support the liver and kidneys.

Antioxidant: Copper helps neutralize free radicals and fight oxidative stress.

Skin & anti-aging: By fighting free radicals, it’s believed to support collagen and elastin.

Immune & thyroid: Trace copper aids iron absorption, thyroid function, and immune health.

How to do it:

Fill a pure copper vessel (no lining, no plastic) with filtered water and let it rest 6-8 hours - overnight is perfect. Drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, before anything else touches your system. And here’s the part people miss - 2 to 3 cups a day is the sweet spot.

IMPORTANT:

Copper is powerful, which is exactly why you treat it with respect. It’s NOT a “more is better” situation - too much over time can build up and overwhelm you.

DO NOT drink it all day every day - cycle it, take breaks.

NEVER store anything acidic in it (no lemon water, no juice - acid pulls way too much copper out of the vessel)

If you have a copper-related condition like Wilson’s disease, skip it unless your doctor okays it

The full breakdown - how I use mine, and exactly how to do it right - is in my newsletter.
