1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp water (to thin)
Asian Cucumber & Carrot Salad
1 cup cucumbers, thinly sliced (Persian or English work best)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp honey
1/2 tsp chili flakes or gochugaru (optional)
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
