Marshmallow Roll

Ingredienser

1 Cup chocolate chips, miniature chips or finely diced semi sweet chocolate

2 Tbsp unsalted butter

1 Egg (Beaten)

1 Cup Icing sugar

2 1/2 Mini coloured marshmallows

Fremgangsmåte

Melt chips and butter in large heavy sauce pan over low heat

Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir to mix, letting cool if very warm.

Form mixture into a roll, sprinkle with coconut (optional)

Wrap in wax paper and chill well. It should be quite chilled before slicing
