Beaulah Morrow's Nobby Apple Cake

Ingredienser

3 tbsp butter or margarine

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup sugar

1 beaten egg

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup sifted flour

1 cup diced apples

1/4 chopped walnuts

Fremgangsmåte

Cream butter & sugar.

Add egg & mix well.

Sift dry ingredients together.

Add to creamed mixture. Mix well.

Stir in diced apples, nuts, & vanilla.

Pour into greased 8 inch square pan Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 min.

Serve hot with or without whipped cream or ice cream.
