Basic Broth:
3 carrots, sliced and cut in half
½ celery stock
½ white onion, seared in pan on cut side
½ of leak, sliced long ways
1 bundle of Italian Parsley (remove band)
2 bay leaves
4 Allspice seeds
2 Knorr bouillon cubes
A scoop of dried parsley root
Lovage seeds
S+P to taste
Vegeta to taste
Optional: Either Pork ribs or chicken or Beef
Fremgangsmåte
Slice your white onion in half, sear in pan until browned on flat side
Peel and slice carrots in half
Place all ingredients in large pot and fill with water to top
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer for 1 hour, with top slightly off/cracked.
