Beer Cheese Dip (Cold)

8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon dried parsley (see note 1)
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
6 ounces beer (see note 2)
4 chives (or 1 scallion, thinly sliced, plus more for garnish if desired)
Potato chips (pretzels, or crackers, for serving)
Fremgangsmåte
In a large bowl, add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley, dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, minced onion, beer, and chives. Stir to combine.
Cover and chill at least 30 minutes or until serving time. Garnish with more chives if desired and serve with chips, pretzels, or crackers.
