Shwarma Salmon

Ingredienser

2.5 pounds of fresh salmon, cut to thick cubes

1 cup of cherry tomatoes

Handful of chopped parsley and mint leaves

1 sliced shallot

Slices of 1/2 Lemon

1/4 sliced jalapeño pepper

seasoning

1/4 cup of olive oil

Juice from 1/2 lemon 1 teaspoon of paprika

1 teaspoon of sumac

4 minced garlic cloves

1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of shawarma spice

1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon of honey

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix it well.

Fremgangsmåte

Preheat the oven to 400F

In an oven safe rectangular pan, place the salmon cubes, herbs, shallot, jalapeños, cherry tomatoes and lemon slices.

Pour the sauce on top and mix it all well.

Cover with wet parchment paper.

Bake it in the oven on 400F for 20-25 minutes.

Remove the parchment paper and broil it for 5 minutes to get a nice golden color.

Serve it with tahini dressings on top with sumac
