Healthy Burger Bowls

Don’t get me wrong, I go crazy over a juicy loaded burger, but if you’re looking for a lighter twist on the classic… these bowls are for you!! 😍 This is also a great recipe to prep all components in advance & assemble for a quick lunch or dinner throughout the week!

For the bowls:

Chopped romain lettuce/mixed greens

Cooked ground beef (I season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika OR @mccormickspice steak seasoning)

Roasted potatoes, regular or sweet

Sliced Tomatoes

Caramelized onions

Burger sauce

Parsley for garnish

For the sauce:

1/3 c mayo (I used @primalkitchenfoods)

3 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp dill pickle relish or chopped pickles

1/2 tsp each garlic powder & onion powder

Salt & fresh ground pepper to taste

First make the sauce by combining all ingredients in a small bowl - taste & adjust any seasonings. Then assemble bowls by adding all ingredients together, drizzle over sauce & garnish with parsley. Enjoy! ♥️
