2 TBSP WHOLE CLOVES
1 ½ CUPS GLAZE
1 CAN PINEAPPLE RINGS
1 JAR MARACHINO CHERRIES

½ CUP BROWN SUGAR
½ CUP PINEAPPLE OR ORANGE JUICE
2 TBSP DIJON MUSTARD
2 TSP CORNSTARCH
Arahan
1. HEAT THE OVEN TO 325 DEGREES.
2. PLACE A WIRE RACK TO THE BOTTOM OF A ROASTING PAN AND FILL WITH WATER TO JUST BELOW THE WIRE RACK.
3. USING A SHARP KNIFE, SCORE THE HAM IN A DIAGONAL CROSSHATCH PATTERN AND INSERT CLOVES AT THE INTERSECTIONS. PLACE PINEAPPLE RINGS AND CHERRIES ON HAM USING TOOTHPICKS TO SECURE.
4. PLACE HAM ON WIRE RACK AND COVER PAN WITH ALUMINIUM FOIL. PLACE HAM IN THE OVEN FOR ABOUT 2 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES, 130 DEGREES.
5. MEANWHILE MAKE THE GLAZE:
6. COMBINE GLAZE INGREDIENTS AND BRING TO A BOIL, TURN THE HEAT DOWN AND SIMMER FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
