Christmas Cake

Bahan-bahan

1 cup water

1 kg fruit

4 tsp cinnamon

2 tsp mixed spice

250g butter

1 tablespoon vinegar

Put these ingredients in a large pot and bring to the boil.

Add

1 tsp baking soda

1 tin sweetened condensed milk

Leave it to cool

Add

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 tsp brandy or rum essence

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

Bake 4 hours @ 120 deg

20 cm square tin lined with newspaper and baking paper
