Strawberry Lemon Gelato

Bahan-bahan

I cup sugar

I pound strawberries

3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Arahan

Cut off tops of strawberries

Blend strawberries, lemon juice, &sugar

Add water to blender blend till smooth

Wisk whipping cream till consitonsy of buttermilk

Mix wipping cream and strawberry mixture together

Put in ice cream maker and follow ice cream maker instrutions
