Creamy Swedish Meatballs

Meatballs:
1 pound ground beef
1 shallot, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped parsley
3/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp A1 steak sauce
2 dashes Worcestershire
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Sauce:
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 dashes Worcestershire
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
Arahan
Combine all of the meatball ingredients in a mixing bowl, then roll them into 2” balls.
In a large cast iron pan (or baking dish) combine all of the sauce ingredients and whisk until well-incorporated.
Add 1 tbsp avocado oil to a skillet and brown the meatballs for 2 minutes per side, then transfer them to the sauce.
Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
Sprinkle fresh parsley on top. Serve immediately over rice.
