As an RD, my non-negotiables for a salad that actually keeps you full: protein, fiber, healthy fats and flavour that makes you excited to eat it like this one!

what you’ll need:

pearl couscous

chicken breast

chickpeas

Persian cucumbers

mini bell peppers

avocado

pickled red onions + green onions

fresh herbs (parsley, dill, mint)

feta cheese

Yogurt tzatziki dressing
