Cuban Roll-ups

RECIPE: Makes 3 roll-ups

3 slices of off the bone ham

3 slices of Swiss cheese

2 dill pickle spears

1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Arahan

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place a slice of ham on the baking sheet and then top it with a slice of cheese and 1 pickle spear.

Roll it up tightly and place the seam side down.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients and then bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh chopped parsley and dip in sugar free honey mustard.
