3 Ingredient Italian Ice

No specialized ingredients, no stabilizers, and only 3 ingredients for real-deal Italian ice at home. All it was missing was a paper cup to eat it out of!

Italian ice was my FAVORITE dessert growing up. Every Saturday growing up I’d go play little league baseball at this huge park with 5 fields, a big playground, basketball courts, and everything else a kid could want. My parents would give me 5 bucks and I’d run around ALL day with my friends watching other kids from my league play, getting into trouble, and finally buying two italian ices from the truck before leaving. This ice tastes like those days.

2 cups water

2 cups sugar

Zest & Juice from 8 large lemons (I ended up with about 1 ⅓ cup lemon juice)
