Baked Breakfast Oats (High Protein)

Baked Oats / Pancake Bowl

40g oats

20g protein powder (vanilla or salted caramel)

5g baking powder

60g 0% greek yoghurt

1 medium egg

100ml unsweetened almond milk

10g dark chocolate chips

80g frozen blueberries

Arahan

Mix all ingredients in an ovenproof dish. Top with chocolate chips and frozen berries.

Place in the air fryer. Air fry at 180°C for 18 minutes. If baking in the oven, it will probably need around 22-25 minutes.

You can keep the prepared bowl in the fridge for a couple of days, or even freeze it.
