Tasty low calorie, super healthy, meal prep idea for breakfasts on the go.

No heavy carbs means you won’t get a morning crash or brain fog so these are staple for me before working.

Ingredients per muffin.

1 Egg.

60g whipped cottage cheese.

25g protein cheese (I used Bega 50% less fat)

40g of lean ham. (Can use turkey bacon instead)

Little bit of spring onion.

Little bit of red pepper.

Little bit of spinach.

You can literally top these with anything.

Macros per Muffin.

233 Calories.

28g protein.

11g fat.

6g carb.

These are PERFECT for busy mornings, little protein and micronutrients boost and is the easiest thing in the world to meal prep.

PS you can use egg whites to make them even less cals but egg yolks are micronutrient king. đź‘‘
