Cheesy Taco Taters!

Bahan-bahan

1 lb ground beef

1 packet of taco seasoning

1 lb baby potatoes

1 can rotel

Cheese of choice to top with

Slice baby potatoes into bite sized pieces and place in pan with oil. Salt and pepper them and coat with a quarter of the taco seasoning packet. Cook for 5-7 mins then add beef to one side of pan. Salt and pepper it and cook through then mix with the potatoes. Add rotel and the rest of the taco packet and 1/3 can of water. Cover and cook until potatoes are fork tender. Then top with cheese of choice and cover until cheese is melted.
