Arahan
In a large saute pan (I use @Misen), heat your olive oil over medium/low heat. Add in your onion, red pepper, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Saute for a few minutes. Throw in your garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
Add in your ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Break up with a wooden spoon and cook until no longer pink.
Once your beef is cooked through, make a small center in the middle of your pan and add in your tomato paste. Let it cook off in the pan for a couple minutes before stirring everything together.
Pour in your beef broth and cream, season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Bring to a low boil.
Reduce heat to low. Pour in your uncooked pasta and stir. Simmer, uncovered, for 16-17 minutes, or until your pasta is tender.
Sprinkle in your cheese, stir, and taste for seasonings.
Top with extra cheese and garnish with fresh chives. Enjoy!
